1. Hi, we’re Envato and welcome to Envato Elements, a subscription service for digital Items created by designers and creatives from around the world. When we say ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘Envato’ it’s because that’s who we are and we own and run the Envato Elements platform.
2. When you create an Envato account and accept these terms you become a member of our community. During your time with us you agree to follow the ground rules outlined in these terms so please read and understand them. If you don’t accept the terms then we’ll be sad, but you will need to leave because your presence on and use of the Envato Elements platform is conditional on your acceptance to be bound by these terms whether you become a member or not.
3. The Items on Envato Elements are owned by the respective rightsholder. They are licensed to you under the terms of the Envato Elements License (as amended from time to time) at the direction of authors.

Browsing: You need to be 16 years or over to browse Envato Elements. We don’t knowingly collect any information from anyone aged 16 or under. When browsing Envato Elements you agree to follow our guidelines or instructions and keep in mind that these terms apply to any use of Envato Elements whether or not you’re a member.

Content available to browsing users: On certain parts of Envato Elements (such as the Envato Elements WordPress plugin), a limited range of content is made available to you without the requirement of an Envato Elements membership or subscription. The content made available to you without requiring a membership or subscription is also subject to the Envato Elements License .
